Pupils at Warwick Prep benefit from small class sizes, with a usual maximum of 20 per class in The Squirrels Nursery, Reception and Pre-Prep. From Year 3 onwards, the class sizes are a usual maximum of 24 children per class.

As a nurturing and supportive school, we aim to be the very best in what we do. There are many key areas that Warwick Prep excels in including specialist teaching in Science, Music, Maths, Computing, French, Swimming, Art & Design Technology. We also have small class sizes which allow us to recognise unique talents and skills and foster a lifelong love of learning. We are also part of something bigger – the Warwick Schools Foundation.

Taster Days are required for children joining Year 1 and Year 2 to enable us, and you, to see if the environment is suitable for your child, prior to a place being offered. Entrance assessments are required from Year 3 upwards and comprise of Maths and English assessments. Satisfactory school references and reports are also required.

We offer a wide range of both day visits and residential trips across the year groups. Day trips include The British Motor Museum, Warwick Castle, The National Space Centre and The Thinktank. Residential trips from Year 4 onwards see our pupils visit Shropshire, France and Yorkshire.

Being a popular school with an excellent and long-standing reputation, we have pupils joining us from a variety of local schools in Warwick, Leamington Spa, Kenilworth and Stratford-upon-Avon and the surrounding villages. From further afield, pupils join us from Coventry, Rugby, Solihull, Birmingham and Banbury. There is a Foundation bus service available from a variety of different locations, for pupils aged 7-18.
