Registration Fee

A non-refundable registration fee of £132 (£110 plus 20% VAT) is required upon registration – payment will be taken on completion of the registration form.

Acceptance Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of £500 is payable on request as confirmation of acceptance of the place. This will be refunded (less any outstanding charges) after the pupil’s final term in the school.

For boarding places, an additional refundable deposit of one term’s boarding fees is payable upon acceptance. For more details about the Acceptance Deposit and any additional deposits and how they are credited, please refer to Section 3 of the Foundations Terms and Conditions.

The deposit is currently exempt from VAT.

Please note that should you wish to withdraw your child’s place post acceptance, then a full term’s notice will need to be provided to avoid Fees in Lieu.

Nursery termly fees

Fees are inclusive of a mid-morning piece of fruit (and lunch for those who are attending the Lunch session).

Please note that the free Government entitlement will cover Nursery attendance for up to five mornings, 8.30am – 11.30am. All children should complete a minimum of five mornings. We strongly recommend that children who are only doing mornings in the first instance increase their hours in The Squirrels Nursery in subsequent terms to prepare for moving into Reception. This would usually be from the Spring Term and by adding at least the additional Lunch session and attending 8.30am – 12.45pm. The maximum attendance is five full days (8.30am – 3.30pm). Please note that late pick-ups will be charged.

Beyond the mandatory five mornings
You may opt for a pattern of attendance that includes a variety of sessions. To benefit fully from the education we provide, the majority of children in The Squirrels Nursery attend most sessions and many attend all sessions during the week.

Free supervision in The Squirrels Nursery is available every day from 7.45am – 8.30am.

Reception termly fees

*Children qualify if aged under five at the start of the term. These children are entitled to 15 hours a week free-of-charge provided by Warwickshire County Council under the Early Education Funding Entitlement for 36 weeks per annum. The hours apply from 8.40am – 11.40am. The entitlement ends the term after they turn five or at the end of Reception whichever is earlier. The free hours will be noted separately on your invoice. No meals, snacks, consumables or additional services that may be provided will be charged for during these hours. The actual fees invoiced will be amended to reflect any change in WCC funding.
