U10AB Netball
On Monday 10 February, the U10 A and B teams had two fabulous games against Bablake where the girls really worked hard on their basic skills. With one win and one loss, the games were very even and plenty of goals were scored.
U11A-E Netball
On Wednesday 12 February, the U11 A team had a tough fixture against a strong Winchester House team. It was a great opportunity for all with different combinations and positional play across the court.
U9AB Netball
On Thursday 13 February, the U9 A and B teams had a challenging netball fixture against strong opposition from The Croft. Both teams consistently tried to implement new learnings from training and games lessons into their match play. Further improvement has taken place since last week’s fixtures and we look forward to more game play opportunities next half term. Well done, all!
Sports Stars of the Week
Each week during games lessons, PE staff will identify one child from each year group to receive the Sports Star of the Week award. These will be announced in the following week’s games lesson, displayed on the sports noticeboard and publicised in Squirrel News.
