Reception Sports Day
On Friday 16 May, we were treated to beautiful weather for the Reception Sports Day. Every child in the year group took part, giving their all across both track races and team field events. Pupils competed with impressive determination, perseverance, and a healthy sense of competition, all while showing great teamwork and house spirit. A huge well done to all who took part and thank you to the cheering parents and to the staff for organising a wonderful day.
U10 & U11 Tennis v Bromsgrove
On Saturday 17 May, a group of Year 5 and Year 6 pupils took part in a tennis fixture against Bromsgrove School. With many of the girls having never played a competitive match before, it was fabulous to see their development and how well they all played. With lots of very close matches and tactical play throughout the morning, the fixture finished in a draw.
U8 Cricket v Bluecoat
On Monday 19 May, the Year 3 girls enjoyed an exciting afternoon at Blue Coat School for their first competitive cricket fixtures. It was wonderful to see so many pupils representing the school and putting into practice what they have been learning in lessons and club sessions. Well done, everyone!
Lower School Sports Day
On Tuesday 19 May, Year 1 and Year 2 enjoyed Lower School Sports Day in the glorious sunshine. The pupils competed in both track and field events, with every child giving their best effort to earn points for their house while demonstrating resilience and teamwork. Well done to everyone involved and thank you to all who came to support and helped the event run so smoothly.
