U11 Mixed Swimming Gala v Bablake School
On Monday 20 April, we welcomed Bablake School to our pool for some friendly swimming competitions. The Warwick Prep girls were joined by boys from Warwick Junior School to create a Foundation team. The team was strong and finished first in many races. Ellie, in Year 5, showed speed in an excellent front crawl race and the Year 6 pupils demonstrated huge progress. It was a great competition and showed excellent signs of team support and fun. Well done, girls.
Sports Stars of the Week
Each week during games lessons, PE staff will identify one child from each year group to receive the Sports Star of the Week award. These will be announced in the following week’s games lesson, displayed on the sports noticeboard and publicised in Squirrel News.
