U11 Hockey vs Ackeley Woods and U11AC Hockey vs Bablake
On Wednesday 23 September, two U11 hockey teams travelled to Akeley Wood and two teams travelled to Bablake. A fabulous afternoon was had by all.
The first team to play at Akeley Wood enjoyed a couple of quick goals and solid defence work meant they could counter attack well. With everyone involved, the girls achieved a 4-0 win with goals from three different players. The next team had to play a very defensive game with Akeley creating chance after chance to score. Outstanding goal keeping kept the score to 0-0.
At Bablake, both teams showed some excellent team performances to come away with a 6-2 win and a 2-0 win. Congratulations to all the girls who played and thank you to all the parents who supported.

U9/U10/U11ABC Swimming Gala vs The Blue Coat School
On Thursday 25 September, our swimmers hosted the first swimming gala of the year. It was lovely to see all three teams represented from Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6 alongside Warwick Junior School teams. Our girls faced tough competition from Bluecoat and lost 31-23 but the Foundation team finished overall winners. It was the first gala for some of our girls and a special mention goes to the Year 4 girls on how well they performed. Well done to all girls involved.
