U8 Hockey
On Monday 25 November, the U8 hockey team played their first ever home matches representing Warwick Prep and they were simply superb. We welcomed Arnold Lodge, The Croft and Bluecoat to play in a mini quadrangular with the focus being on learning to play the game and enjoying it. Warwick Prep team certainly did both of those. There were smiles, high fives, cheering, goals and even a rainbow!
The future looks bright for hockey at Warwick Prep and we look forward to seeing this talented and energetic group play again next week before their netball season begins.
U11 Hockey
On a crisp, sunny Wednesday afternoon, the U11s traveled to RGS for a series of highly competitive fixtures. The A team faced a formidable RGS side, one of the strongest in the country, and were soundly beaten. However, the B-F teams all delivered impressive performances, securing either wins or draws. Overall, it was a successful and rewarding afternoon.
