At Warwick Prep, we believe in giving pupils meaningful opportunities to develop confidence, responsibility and a strong sense of community.
our leadership roles include:
- School Councillors – gives the children a voice and chance to share their ideas and thought with each other and the School Leadership Team
- Eco Councillors – leading initiatives to make our school and campus more sustainable
- House Captains and Vice Captains – in Year 2 and Year 6, planning house events and encouraging Squirrel Spirit
- Wellbeing Team – promoting kindness, inclusion, and pupil wellbeing
- School Officials – including Head Girl, Deputy Head Girl, STEAM Captain, Sports Captain, Music Captain and other key roles
- Librarians – supporting the School Librarian and encouraging reading across the school
- Play Leaders – helping to organise games and activities at playtimes
- School Magazine Editors – writing, editing, and helping to produce the termly school magazine
Through these roles, pupils develop key skills such as leadership, teamwork, communication and organisation, while contributing positively to the life of Warwick Prep School.
